Welcome to the website for the parish of St. Luke the Physician in Bebington, we hope you enjoy our site and find it useful and informative.

Thank-you for visiting our new website, most areas of this site are still under construction but we hope to have a site full of informative and useful resources available for you very soon and we welcome your ideas for contributions to the site.

St. Luke's lies in the heart of Wirral, Merseyside, one of approximately 120 parishes in the Diocese of Shrewsbury. St. Luke's serves the local communities of Lower Bebington, Spital, Poulton Lancelyn, Clatterbridge, Thornton Hough and Brimstage.

We are part of a pastoral cluster that includes the churches of St. Anne's (Rock Ferry), St. John's (New Ferry) and Christ the King (Bromborough). We are closely linked to Clatterbridge Hospital in our dedication to St. Luke the Physician and in that our priests have served as Roman Catholic Chaplains, supported by a dedicated team of Eucharistic Ministers, supporting the patients and staff at the hospital.

Our priests also assist with the school chaplaincy at nearby St. John Plessington Catholic College and whilst we have no Primary school responsibility, Father Peter serves as a Governor at the Christ the King Catholic Primary School in Bromborough and St. John's Junior School in New Ferry.
